Where has the summer gone? This year with warm days and cooler nights we haven't had the extremes of temperature that we would normally have at this time of year. Even the trees are confused, with autumn colour appearing in some areas already. Gardens around Canberra are not complaining with the milder weather, and most gardens are looking fantastic with lots of colour and growth.

We have been busy with bringing in and displaying all of the new summer and autumn plants and the nursery is full of colour ready to inspire you.

Our Tuesday Talks get back under way this month with some great subjects and guest speakers coming along this year. We are also in the process of finalising plans for our trip away in late October/early November to Mayfield Gardens out near Oberon, and for those who went away with us last year to the Melbourne International Flower Show, it looks like Geoff the bus driver may be joining us again. I will have more details in the coming month for you and the information will also be up on our website and facebook page.

March 17th will see us once again hold a High Tea on the lawns of the Café. With fashion parades and market stalls we will be pouring the champagne and indulging in all manner of sweet and savoury treats.
