  • Hickory smoked duck breast, orange, fennel and watercress salad, finished with a sour cherry dressing
  • Crispy bacon and mozzarella croquette, caramelised pear, roquette, shaved Parmesan, tomato and chilli jam
  • Roasted baby beetroot salad with roasted pumpkin, goats cheese, walnut, roquette, finished with a balsamic dressing

  • Stuffed pork belly with bacon, fennel and sage, seasonal roasted vegetable, finished with an applesauce
  • Barramundi fillet, confit potato, cherry tomato, green beans, wilted spinach, finished with a dill aioli
  • Beef fillet, sweet potato cake, wilted spinach, butter poached mushrooms, finished with a thyme Madeira jus
  • Butternut pumpkin tart, spinach, caramelised onion, ricotta, served with a garden salad

  • Warm chocolate brownie with double cream, finished with a chocolate sauce
  • Sticky date pudding, finished with a butterscotch sauce
